Whiplash is the name for the type of neck injury that often occurs when someone hits the back of our car. Tissues in our neck (muscles, tendons, ligaments) in a short space of time contracts, then they are overstreched and “crushed” again. That may lead stiffnes, aches and pains around neck, shoulders and might contribute to headaches even years after the accident. Techniques I use can help to speed up the process of healing within those tissues and prevent problems in the future. You can claim expenses via your insurance company. I am registered with FHT and The SMA. Check with your insurer first if they cooperate with FHT and SMA.
